Chase came up with a great idea to ask his girlfriend to prom.
With permission from her parents, he decorated a corner of her room to look like the ocean.
He then spread a towel, umbrella, sun lotion and a boogie board across the floor by her bed to look like a beach. . .
. . . complete with shells (chocolate ones) in a sand pail (lined with sand paper – brilliant boy) and a note taped to it reading: “We will have a “sweet” time.”
For the finishing touch, he wired one of Gage’s toy planes to her ceiling with a message banner flying behind.
Let’s hope he gets a “Yes” back.
Hugs!
What??!!!! Wow. I am in awe. Of everything. I can not WAIT to see what he does when he proposes to his future wife some day!!!! That is way beyond cool. The asking to the prom is probably going to be more fun than the prom itself! (but don't tell him I said that.... ;-)
ReplyDeleteWow. What a cute, fun idea!
ReplyDeleteThis is SO cool! Mad props to Chase for the creativity!!! And how sweet. Impressive!
ReplyDeleteOk that is awesome! Good job Chase! We all know she'll say yes. I did see someone else's prom invite on a bridge the other day. With cups pushed through the fence they spelled "CHRIS, PROM?" A week later I saw the unfortunate reply. "NO-CHRIS" It was so sad.
