This is a shot I captured just before my morning walk the other day.
It’s taken from the end of my driveway looking to the property across our country road -Winnicutt.
The field was freshly turned up and there was that nutty, earthy smell in the air. Couple that with the cool morning temps and all I could think about was our beautiful New England Autumns.
Ooooh - I can’t wait until those trees start turning.
I opened up the page and immediately said aloud, "OOOOOOOOOoooo!" What a GORGEOUS picture! And I love your description of the smell. Completes the sensory moment perfectly. I wanna join you on your morning walks...I sure could use it for more reasons than one (and none of them have to do with exercise -- I've been getting more than enough of that lately....).
