Hi Everyone!  Thank you so much for being patient while we tried again and again to resurrect our home computer.

With great skill and amazing technological savvy-ness (combined with a little magic, I think) our good friend Rick Samuelson got our home blogging, photo archiving, master home computer up and on line this weekend. Yea!

What have we been up to during the 4 month interim since the last post on EverythinGish?

Tons!

And by tons I mean literally…

…TONS OF SNOW.

One newscast reported that we received more than 80 inches of snow in less than 60 days.

 

 

But hurray! March 21st has finally arrived and with it the rains that wash away all that white stuff to reveal the beautiful green grass below. Come on spring, keep doing your thing!

I have to confess, though, that this winter was not nearly as bad as it could have been. Why? Because we escaped in the middle of it all during the kid’s FEBRUARY WINTER BREAK and headed off to sunny, theme park filled Orlando.

  Our big, fun family dinner was at Beni Hana’s. 

We were captivated by our knife twirling, spatula spinning personal chef.  Of course, we all wanted to give it a go during dinner making time at home. No photos for that one, folks. I’ll leave it to your imagination.

We started our vacation off by taking that shuttle in the background to Disney. Really a magical place.  We still must be missing our Rockies because our favorite rides there had to do with mountains: Space and Splash.

Sure do love these boys of mine…
